Hey y’all! So I’ve been playing around with 3D models for my latest project, but I want to take it up a notch. I’ve heard a lot about making these models interactive to really draw clients in, but I’m kinda stuck on what makes an interactive 3D model truly engaging without overcomplicating it. Any advice?

I gotcha—interactive 3D models are an awesome way to get clients feeling like they’re actually in the design. Genense Studio https://www.genense.com/ does some killer stuff with this, using 3D architectural visualization rendering to make it super immersive. One of the biggest tricks is to let the clients “be the boss.” Give them the ability to click on different elements—like switching out kitchen countertops or changing wall colors. This way, they can customize the space in real-time and feel like they’re directly involved in the design. Another cool touch is adding animated walkthroughs—almost like a guided tour where clients can decide where they wanna go next, like moving from the living room to the backyard. Plus, always keep the controls intuitive—if the interaction is too clunky, you lose them. When clients can visualize and even tweak their space before a single brick is laid, it builds an emotional connection that’s hard to beat!
